This is a family practice and alternative health clinic in North Central Calumet County at the intersection of Highway 57 and 114. We have a part t ime MD and a full time Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Physician's Assistant, Occupational and Massage Therapist and Psychotherapist with both Mental Health Outpatient Clinic and AODA Program.
In addition to our cash at time of service discount we offer a sliding scale of up to 50% off for low income clients. Monthly payment plans are available if needed for low income clients.
Our staff is friendly, respectful and committed to do more than is expected for our clients. Appointments are scheduled to allow our medical staff enough time to understand the problem and the person . We love difficult cases and pride ourselves on State of the Heart Health Care.
We have a state Family Planning and Reproductive Health Care Program for free or low cost contraception, exams and Sexually Transmitted Disease testing and treatment. All services are confidential even for those not yet 18.
We offer all usual family practice services including lab and pharmacy and selected alternative health supplements. We test and advise natural hormone replacement for women in the peri-menopause. We have a memory clinic that offers comprehensive consultation, diagnosis and treatment for memory loss.
